I take the pessimistic view on the future while Don takes the optimistic one. I come up with a new role for industry and suggest that we have been going about our pitch on digital all wrong and we need to change the way we promote and sell digital processes and the value of data. I don't think we solve any problems in this episode but put forward questions for listeners to seriously consider moving into 2021 and beyond.
