Paul Shillcock

Paul is a leading authority on business processes that facilitate the effective management of information throughout the asset lifecycle and support the adoption of building information modelling (BIM). Through Operam, Paul uses his knowledge and experience to provide a range of advisory services and educational resources aimed at helping organisations and projects to build better, more effective, and more collaborative teams. Paul plays a prominent role in a variety of industry and government-led initiatives around the world and the development of national and international standards. Notably, Paul is the author of ISO 19650-2 (the global standard for BIM) and the UK National Annex and a co-author of PAS 1192-2 and PD 19650 (Transition Guidance from PAS 1192-2 to ISO 19650-2).
